Maybe the whole reason I’ve been stuck in this rut is because I simply haven’t been doing anything.
I guess in a literal sense, that would be a lie. I go to work. I go to school, sometimes. I try to get exercise. I socialize. I do things. I drive. I drive a lot.
But I’m not doing anything that gives me a sense of gratification. Nothing that really feeds the soul and excites me....
